 Terms & Conditions

 Any individual/company or organisation choosing to hire our inflatables will be held responsible/liable for any damage or injuries caused as a result of misuse/reckless use of our inflatables & related equipment.

These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the inflatable, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Persons using the inflatable, do so at their own risk and our company accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury caused to or by anyone using the equipment, however caused.

For your information, safety and enjoyment we recommend you follow the following guidelines:

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, whilst on the inflatable.
• Do not allow anyone on the inflatable whilst it is inflating/deflating. 
• Do not allow children to climb, sit or hang on the inflatable walls.
• Do not allow children to bounce on the front safety step, the safety step is to assist users in getting on/off safely.
• Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded by limiting the number of users on the inflatable at any one time.
• Do not allow children & adults to use the inflatable at the same time & avoid having children of significant size differences on the inflatable together to reduce risk of harm. 
• Remove all shoes, badges and jewellery before using the inflatable, removal of spectacles is also recommended.  
• No food or drinks to be consumed whilst on the inflatable to avoid spillage & possibility of choking.
• No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used on or around the inflatable, these items can stain the inflatable and you will be liable for any costs incurred in the cleaning or repair of the inflatable.
• No smoking, fires or barbecues to be used near the inflatable.
• No pets to be allowed on the inflatable.
• We advise that no one with any history of back or neck problems use the inflatable.
• We strongly recommend that for safety reasons you switch off the inflatable in the event of heavy rain. When rain has stopped switch back on and towel dry any remaining wetness before allowing use of the inflatable.
• Ensure that the inflatable is securely pegged down & check pegs are still secure regularly throughout the use of the inflatable.
• Never switch the blower on or off whilst the inflatable is in use.
• If the inflatable fails for whatever reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury.
  

Please remember if the inflatable is dirty or damaged when collected, the hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs.
